Nerida Conisbee is one of the most influential personalities in the Australian property industry as the Chief Economist for the REA Group. She is the deputy chair of the Construction Forecasting Council and sits on the South East Queensland Housing Supply Expert Panel.

With over 20 years of property research experience, Nerida’s insight on the industry is desired by many. She holds advisory roles with BrickX and Skelton Projects, and also provides updates on property market conditions to major government bodies. Nerida regularly appears on Sky News, Channel 7 and ABC News Breakfast to share her knowledge on property and the general state of the economy.
