To be nominated, and much more be a finalist in such an event speaks great volumes about the level of commitment, effort, and expertise Lily pours into her role to help clients achieve their dreams of home ownership. Lily gives her comments below:
"To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my nomination and to find out I was nominated by one of my peers really meant I had been doing something good. I am lucky to be part of such a supportive lending team who celebrates all your wins for our clients. I couldn’t have done it without them! Plus, it is very fulfilling to hear back from happy clients knowing I assisted them to reach their financial goals. So excited to continue on this journey."
Inception Finance is incredibly proud to have Lily on our team, and we're delighted to see her get recognition in the industry. Catherine Mapusua, the General Manager at Inception Finance says:
"Lily has been a great addition to the Inception Finance team. Being new to the industry, the passion she brings to the office environment has been really motivating. It's so positive to see her enter the industry and take it by the reins. She has gone over and above with her clients since joining, resulting in some amazing feedback and this has really rubbed off on the whole Inception Finance team. Well done, Lily!"
The finalists for 2021, announced on 29 June 2021, feature 238 high-achieving mortgage and finance professionals across 28 submission-based categories.
Speaking of the 2021 finalists, Annie Kane, editor of The Adviser, commented: “The Australian mortgage and finance market has been achieving record highs this past year, with the broking industry busier than ever to help Australian borrowers achieve their dreams.
“Given the record volume of business, the ongoing pandemic, and a new regulatory regime, the broking industry has had to work harder than ever to help borrowers access finance. A key theme emerging through the submissions this year was that of a sector which has been working tirelessly to help clients, through thick and thin.
“The finalists this year should all be commended for their perseverance, their passion and their professionalism in an extremely busy period.
“We look forward to celebrating the achievements of the finalists, and announcing the winners at the awards luncheon in August.”
This year, the awards program will be hosted at The Star, in Sydney in August, which is guaranteed to be a celebration to remember.
